Our three schnauzers accidentally ate Advil on Oct 30. All three are hospitalized on IV fluids while the vets watch for kidney and stomach damage. The hospital estimate for their care is $21,000. Please help us cover it.

What happened
On the morning of Friday, October 30, my husband left a new, sealed bottle of Advil liquid gels on our dining table for my cramps. I never took any. We both went to work.
At 12:39 p.m. our security camera caught Chloe, our mischievous gray girl, jumping onto the table. She didn't open the childproof cap. She chewed straight through the side of the bottle. Then Luna and Molly got into the capsules too.
She chewed straight through the sideAdvil Liqui-Gels, 120 count, 200 mg each
This is the actual bottle. The cap was still closed.
I got home around 5:30 p.m. and found the bottle torn apart. Almost five hours had already passed. By the time we reached the emergency hospital, it was too late to make them vomit or use charcoal. The only option left was IV fluids, stomach protection, and round-the-clock monitoring of their kidneys.
Ibuprofen is poison to dogs. For Luna, the smallest, as few as 2½ capsules can be a dangerous dose. We don't know how many each of them ate. Kidney damage can show up days later even when a dog looks fine. Chloe and Luna's first bloodwork came back slightly abnormal. Their main kidney markers were in the normal range on that first test, but the tests tonight and tomorrow will tell us much more.
Meet the girls
Chloe the adventurer
Salt-and-pepper, curious, food-obsessed, and always finding places she shouldn't. Luna's littermate sister. She's the one who got into the bottle.
Luna the sweet one
White, and the smallest of the three. Shy, anxious, and glued to her sister Chloe. Because of her size, the vets are most worried about her.
Molly the rescue
Two years ago my husband found her standing in the middle of the road on his way home from church. Starving, scared, and recently a mama. Nobody claimed her. She was so frightened she wouldn't walk on grass. Now she's ours.

Updates
Oct 31 · Day 2All three look stable. They are on IV fluids, omeprazole and sucralfate. They won't go #2 for anyone but me, so I've been walking them at the hospital. Today Molly's IV came out on our walk and she started bleeding, so I carried her back in my arms. The most important bloodwork is tonight and tomorrow. Please pray.
Oct 30 · NightRushed all three to the emergency hospital. Poison control consulted. Admitted for IV fluids and monitoring. Estimate for all three: $21,000.
The final cost could be lower or higher depending on how they do. If their kidneys worsen, they may need advanced care, which would cost more. If by God's grace we end up needing less, every extra dollar will be returned or donated to a rescue. I will post the final vet invoice here.

Help us bring them home
I've never created a fundraiser before. My husband and I don't have children yet. These three are our kids. I'm sharing all of this, the footage, the vet papers, the ugly crying, because I will do anything within my reach to bring them home.
If you can't give, please share this page and keep them in your prayers. Both mean the world to us.
